Topic Paper 3 Education sets out the basis for requesting contributions towards education provision.  A formulaic basis for requesting contributions has been applied to applications submitted since November 2004.

Comments are now sought on proposals to introduce a contribution towards Special Educational Needs (SEN), and to introduce a contribution towards project development.

Supplementary Planning Guidance "Delivering Investment from Sustainable Communitites" adopted September 2004. Proposed amendments to Education Topic Paper. The Council is proposing to introduce a contribution towards Special Educational Needs (SEN) and to introduce a contribution towards project development. As this is a material change to the adopted SPG the Council is consulting on the proposals.
